PUBLIC HEARING, continued from May 26, 2020 meeting - A SUBDIVISION by the Leistico Estate (PID 09-33-25-34-0002, 09-33-25-34-0003, and 09-33-25-33-0008) at 21413 Nowthen Blvd to subdivide 3 existing lots into 4 parcels for the purpose of distributing land among family members and separating the farmstead from the balance of land.
Continued to the July 28, 2020 meeting by motion.

DISCUSSION - A CONCEPTUAL SUBDIVISION for Breyen's Bend Plat requested by Larry Skogquist of NIH Homes for property located at 19112 St. Francis Blvd (PID 25-33-25-32-0002) for thirteen (13) new lots on 65 acres. Twenty acres is being purchased to the west of the property to incorporate a portion of Ford Brook into the plat.
The commission discussed the concept plan and reached a general consensus that it was a nice subdivision concept; no approval motion was recorded.
