Building inspector services procurement (RFP)

Council voted to have Pilon and Leistico put together a plan and obtain estimates for a new facade for the recycling center.

City Hall folding chairs
Pilon stated a desire to move 25 chairs from the pavilion to City Hall for city meetings, and Meyer and Schulz were assigned to sort through the chairs and discard the bad ones.

Olmon proposed bringing in someone to look at planning and the community’s future; Olmon and Pilon were to contact Dan Licht and Liz to discuss what they want for a proposal of services.

Banquet Facility Center inspections and sprinkler quotes
Council reconvened at the Banquet Facility Center, reviewed the facility’s condition, voted to hire someone to inspect the septic system, mechanical and mold, and voted to obtain quotes to install sprinklers in the building.
